Your role is to support the Store Manager in all aspects of the store, ensuring success.
You must:
-be dynamic and work at a fast pace
-have a real passion for fashion and understanding of current trends
-have an eye for detail, and deliver visual excellence
-be able to train develop and motivate your team
-achieve sales targets, manage costs, minimise stockloss
-deliver great service through your team and store enviroment
