REPORTING TO: Concession Manager
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: To provide excellent customer service in order to help the store achieve sales and profit
Due to the nature of the business, the company must retain flexibility in its operation and you will be expected to co-operate within reason to requests to undertake work other than that advised as your main duties.
KEY CONTRIBUTION AREASTo develop and maintain good product knowledge and to give excellent customer service
To replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation
To be aware of and actively support Company procedures to ensure Health and Safety of customers and colleagues and the security of stock
To adhere to all Company policies and procedures e.g. till operation, timekeeping and Health and Safety
To help maintain housekeeping standards
