Parking spaces for Blue Badge holders are available in all the Victoria Centre car parks. For additional convenience, these can be pre-booked by Shopmobility users on Nottingham (0115) 915 3888. Shopmobility provides a free wheelchair and scooter loan service for any customer who would like a little help getting around the Centre. You do not have to be a Blue Badge holder to take advantage of this service. Simply register at the Shopmobility office, then depending on availability, you can loan a vehicle whenever you need one.

The Shopmobility office is located on Level 1 of White Zone car park, accessed from Woodborough Road.

Our car parks now have designated extra wide spaces for parents with children. These spaces are located adjacent to the lifts in these car parks:

White Zone Levels 1-6
Blue Zone Levels 2, 3
Green / Yellow / Red Zones Level 3

Wheelchair adapted unisex toilets are provided by Victoria Centre on both the Upper and Lower Malls, and in some stores::
